Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have elapsed since your delivery date, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
For customised or personalised lighting products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours from the order placement. If you need to modify the design, please contact us at ask@light-and-energy.com. Please note that order modifications and re-production may incur additional fees.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped by Light and Energy
- Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
- Were incorrectly shipped (wrong item)
- Do not meet our quality standards
All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed lighting fixtures after the 24-hour cancellation period
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Products with removed or damaged safety seals
- Items showing signs of use or installation attempts
Refund Process
Our refund process includes the following steps:
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 2-5 business days.
- For orders with multiple items, refunds will only be issued for the returned items.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Important Note: The return address may differ from the original shipping address. Please contact our customer service for the correct return address before sending any items back.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Light and Energy is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received due to local security issues
- Items damaged during customer installation attempts
- Products modified or altered by the customer
